Our Virgin Remy lace closures are hand made with 100% Virgin Remy hair. Each hair is knotted into the lace and tied. It is a high-quality product which comes with natural free parting.

SHIPPING POLICY

  Order processing

  Orders are processed and shipped from our New Jersey warehouse, typically within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S.

  holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

  Shipping rates (United States)

  - Orders $200 and over: free standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

  - Orders under $200: a flat $19, which covers shipping, handling, and insurance, via USPS Priority Mail.

  Standard orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected

  by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

  Expedited and overnight shipping

  Overnight and express options (such as USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx overnight) are available on request. Because these rates depend on weight,

  destination, and service, please contact us at sales@prarvi.com or +1 (908) 367-0892 before placing your order so we can calculate and arrange the rate.

  Shipping insurance

  Because our products are high-value, all orders ship fully insured against loss, theft, and damage in transit. For orders under $200, insurance is included in

  the $19 flat rate. For orders $200 and over, shipping and insurance are included at no additional cost. You are never charged a separate insurance fee.

  Signature on delivery

  Because our products are high-value, orders over $200 require a signature on delivery. This protects both you and us against theft and fraudulent "not received"

  claims. Please plan to have someone available to sign, or use the carrier's tools to arrange a convenient delivery. If a signature-required package cannot be

  delivered after the carrier's attempts and is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  Custom, made-to-order, and backordered items

  Custom-sourced, made-to-order, and backordered products are not held in stock and require additional time. Typical timing is about 4–6 weeks once specifications

  and availability are confirmed, and we confirm the timeline with you before production or sourcing begins. If your order also contains in-stock items, we ship

  everything together once the custom item is ready unless we arrange otherwise with you.

  International shipping

  We ship within the United States as described above. We also ship to Canada and select other countries on a case-by-case basis. If you are outside the United

  States, please contact us at sales@prarvi.com before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can ship to your destination and calculate shipping and

  insurance. International shipping and insurance costs, and any duties, taxes, or customs fees, are quoted before you order and are the responsibility of the

  customer. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

  Salon, wholesale, and lab orders

  Larger salon, wholesale, and lab orders may ship on a separate timeline based on quantity and sourcing. Shipping and insurance for these orders are confirmed as

  part of your quote — please use our wholesale inquiry path rather than standard checkout.

  Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

  Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a

  package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

  Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  Because our products are high-value, delivery issues must be reported quickly. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or your

  package arrives damaged or tampered with, you must contact us at sales@prarvi.com within 48 hours of the delivery scan. For damaged or tampered items, please

  keep all original packaging and send clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label so we can file a timely insurance and carrier claim.

  Reports made after 48 hours, or without supporting photos, may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.
