Prarvi supplies Indian human hair and is based in New Jersey. Ask which items are currently stocked and which require sourcing or preparation; availability and dispatch timing are confirmed for your order.
Will my salon have to handle customs or import duties?
Customs and delivery terms depend on the shipping origin and destination. Ask us to confirm the shipping service, charges and any customer responsibility for duties before accepting your quotation.
What is the minimum order?
Tell us the product, quantity and intended use. We will confirm any minimum quantity and the available ordering options in your quotation before you commit.
Can I get a sample before I commit to volume?
Yes. Retail Shade & Texture Samples cost $10 each, with regular postage included and no additional shipping charge. These final-sale evaluation strands help compare shade, texture and feel; they cannot demonstrate full-install density. Research tresses are quoted separately.
How do I know it’s genuine single-donor raw hair, not processed hair?
Ask for the specific product's donor composition, cuticle alignment, colour history and texture processing. Labels such as raw, virgin and Remy do not replace those separate details. A small retail sample helps assess appearance and feel but is not laboratory verification of sourcing or processing claims.
Why is some “wholesale Indian hair” so cheap online?
Compare what is actually included: material, processing history, construction, quantity, length and the seller's terms. Price or a style name alone does not establish collection origin, donor composition or quality.
What does it cost, and how do I get wholesale pricing?

How fast will my order arrive? Can I order for a client appointment?

In-stock items follow our standard return policy. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except for defects. We’d rather get it right up front — testing samples help qualified wholesale buyers confirm the hair before a larger or custom order.
How do I pay — is payment secure?
Wholesale stylist orders are confirmed first, then Prarvi sends an invoice through Zoho. Most stylists confirm texture, length, delivery timing, and payment by SMS or phone. Zelle is the most common payment method for same-day wholesale release; bank transfer, PayPal, online transfer, and card payment can be arranged when needed. In-stock wholesale orders with confirmed payment before about 3 PM ET can often ship the same day, depending on carrier pickup. Retail checkout orders follow the normal retail shipping path and typically ship the next business day. New Jersey resale buyers can submit a valid NJ resale certificate for eligible wholesale orders.
