US-stocked wholesale hair distributor
Order for the appointment — not a freight process.
Prarvi is the importer of record and your U.S. wholesale hair distributor, stocking single-donor Indian Remy in New Jersey — so your salon never deals with customs paperwork or duty bills. You buy single-donor Indian Remy domestically — honestly graded, never relabeled “Brazilian” or “Peruvian” — and order per client appointment instead of running a freight process. (Custom or backorder requests only change the timing, which we confirm before production — the import side is always on us.)
Why it pays for you
A high-margin service that books again and again.
One client isn't one sale — it's the install, then a move-up every few weeks. Single-donor, cuticle-intact hair that holds and matches keeps them booking with you. (95% of our orders are reorders.)
Qualified wholesale buyers can request a testing sample, then order per client appointment and keep your markup. Nothing sits on a shelf; no cash tied up.
Honest grading, always: we tell you exactly what it is — natural or steam-textured, natural color or lifted. No acid-washed hair sold as “raw,” no fake “mink” or “Brazilian.”
How ordering works
Order hair the day you book the client.
Order per appointment — no minimums, no cash tied up in bundles in a drawer. Or batch-order for volume pricing; your call.
In-stock textures (incl. natural black #1B) ship in 1–2 business days by USPS Priority or FedEx. Custom color or length runs about 2–3 weeks; fully custom or backordered builds about 4–6 weeks — we confirm timing before production.
We reference your previous order — same texture, shade, and length — so your client's refill blends the first time.

Wholesale pricing
Private pricing — and your first order can be small.
Shop details → qualified sample or first order → recurring salon pricing.
We don't post a public price list — it keeps your margin yours. Your price depends on product, length, texture, quantity, and monthly volume, and it drops as you grow. Independent and mobile stylists are welcome — no shelves to stock, no large opening order. Tell us your shop or business name, business/shipping address, texture, length, color, and install date, and we'll recommend the lowest-risk way to start with one client.

Private & professional
What to expect when you reach out.
Discreet by default
Salon and B2B relationships stay private, so we do not publish client logos or identifiable buyer details without permission. We support serious buyers with qualified sample evaluation, product-spec guidance, and private references where permitted after we understand your needs.
Response & quote
We reply within one business day by phone, text, or email. Quotes are prepared after a short consultation and are not published publicly. To speed things up, share: product form (extensions, wig, topper, closure, frontal, or sample), texture, shade, length, quantity, your timeline, and business context.
Custom, backorder & reorders
Custom and backordered builds typically take about 4–6 weeks once specs are confirmed; we confirm timing before production. Reorders reference your previous spec for consistency. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except for defects — see our return policy.
Why salons re-order
Relationships, not just claims.
Origin claims are everywhere in this industry. We would rather focus on the professional buying process: long-standing Indian sourcing relationships, hands-on product review, qualified samples before scale, and support for buyers who need consistency over time.
Same supply partners
Indian human-hair sourcing built on long-standing partner relationships — not anonymous spot-market buying.
Cuticle quality review
We focus on cuticle direction, texture consistency, shade behavior, and qualified sample verification instead of unsupported blanket claims.
Repeat professional buyers
Professional buyers can start with samples and spec guidance before scaling. Private references may be shared where permitted after we understand the inquiry.
Sourcing & logistics
Wholesale Indian hair, answered straight.
Where does your Indian hair come from — and do you ship from the US?
Single-donor Indian Remy, sourced in India and stocked in our New Jersey warehouse. You order from US stock and it ships domestically — no overseas lead time, no importing.
Will my salon have to handle customs or import duties?
No — your salon never deals with customs. Prarvi is the importer of record and handles all import logistics and duties; you buy domestically from our New Jersey inventory, so every wholesale order reaches you with no customs forms and no duty bill on your end. For custom or backorder requests, the only difference is timing — we confirm availability and lead time before production. The customs side is always on us.
What is the minimum order?
No minimums. Order per client appointment — a single bundle or a full set. You don’t have to buy a kilogram or commit to volume to start.
Can I get a sample before I commit to volume?
Yes — qualified wholesalers can request a free testing sample when they complete the full wholesale form with shop or business name, business/shipping address, product needs, and timeline. Sample-only shoppers who are not applying for wholesale should purchase sample hair through checkout.
How do I know it’s genuine single-donor raw hair, not processed hair?
Real raw hair is single-donor, cuticle-aligned, unidirectional, with no chemical processing. We grade honestly — we tell you exactly what each order is: natural or steam-textured, natural color or lifted. A testing sample lets qualified buyers verify cuticle direction and quality before scaling.
Why is some “wholesale Indian hair” so cheap online?
Genuine single-donor Remy carries real procurement and processing cost — a large share of raw weight is lost in sorting and washing. Hair advertised far below that is usually collected or processed waste relabeled as “Brazilian,” “Peruvian,” or “Malaysian” — marketing names for the same processed product. We don’t sell it, and we don’t pretend.
What does it cost, and how do I get wholesale pricing?
Pricing depends on product, length, texture, and volume, so we keep it personal: first-order salon & stylist pricing is shared on request. Fill the full wholesale form with your shop or business name, business/shipping address, and product needs; qualified applicants can request a free testing sample in the same form.
How fast will my order arrive? Can I order for a client appointment?
Yes — order for the appointment. In-stock textures (including natural black #1B) ship in 1–2 business days by USPS Priority or FedEx. Custom color or length runs about 2–3 weeks; fully custom or backordered builds about 4–6 weeks — we confirm timing before production.
What textures, colors, and products do you carry?
Single-donor Indian Remy in natural straight, natural wave, and curly — as wefts/bundles, closures (4×4, 5×5), frontals (13×4, 360), i-tips, clip-ins, wigs, and toppers, plus bulk and ventilating hair for wig & topper makers. Colors: natural black (#1B) in stock, real grey / salt-and-pepper, blonde (#22 / #27 / #613), ombré, and custom.
Will my reorder match the last batch?
Yes — reorders reference your previous spec (texture, length, shade) so the new hair blends with what you’ve already placed. That consistency is why 95% of our orders are reorders.
Can I return hair if it isn’t right?
In-stock items follow our standard return policy. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except for defects. We’d rather get it right up front — testing samples help qualified wholesale buyers confirm the hair before a larger or custom order.
How do I pay — is payment secure?
Wholesale stylist orders are confirmed first, then Prarvi sends an invoice through Zoho. Most stylists confirm texture, length, delivery timing, and payment by SMS or phone. Zelle is the most common payment method for same-day wholesale release; bank transfer, PayPal, online transfer, and card payment can be arranged when needed. In-stock wholesale orders with confirmed payment before about 3 PM ET can often ship the same day, depending on carrier pickup. Retail checkout orders follow the normal retail shipping path and typically ship the next business day. New Jersey resale buyers can submit a valid NJ resale certificate for eligible wholesale orders.
How do I get started?
