What kind of hair does Prarvi sell?
Prarvi sells single-donor Indian human hair. We offer wefts, clip-ins, tape-ins, I-tips/micro-links, closures, frontals, wigs, and toppers.
Where does your hair come from?
Our hair is sourced in India. Orders are prepared and shipped from our New Jersey workshop.
How do I choose the right texture and shade?
Use Find Your Match to narrow texture and color, or order a tester sample to confirm in person. For color, coverage, or a custom piece, request a consultation and we will guide you.
Can I order a sample before buying a full set?
Yes. A $10 Shade & Texture Sample is an evaluation strand for comparing color, texture, and feel before a full-size order. It cannot show the density or finished appearance of a complete install. Retail samples are final sale and ship by regular mail with postage included and no additional shipping charge.
What are your shipping and delivery times?
In-stock full-size orders normally dispatch from New Jersey within 1–2 business days. Retail sample-only orders use regular mail rather than Priority Mail, with postage included in the $10 sample price and no additional shipping charge. Dispatch time is the time before the parcel leaves Prarvi, while delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.
What is your return policy?
Request return authorization within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Opening the outer packaging for gentle inspection is permitted. Samples and designated final-sale items are non-returnable. Original shipping is non-refundable; where included, actual outbound shipping may be deducted. See our refund policy for details.
Do you offer salon or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is shared privately after a short consultation so the product mix and volume fit your business — there is no public price list. Request wholesale pricing.
How do I care for my extensions to make them last?

Do you ship outside the United States?

Can Prarvi help with alopecia, chemotherapy-related hair changes, or thinning hair?
Prarvi sells cosmetic human-hair wigs, toppers, and hairpieces for natural-looking coverage and fit support. These products are not medical treatments and do not treat, cure, prevent, or reverse hair loss. For medical questions, speak with a licensed medical professional; for product fit, density, shade, or cap guidance, start with the thinning-hair guide or contact us.
Can I request insurance documentation for a wig or topper?
Some plans may request wording such as cranial hair prosthesis and an itemized purchase receipt, but coverage rules vary by plan, diagnosis, and pre-approval requirements. Is Prarvi hair raw single-donor Indian hair?
Prarvi sources single-donor Indian hair. Finished products vary: natural options may remain close to the source state, while blonde, ombre, grey, salt-and-pepper, and some textures may be colored, blended, or texture-finished. Check the product page or ask before ordering when processing history is important.
Does raw single-donor mean every finished product is unprocessed?
No. Raw single-donor describes the source hair. Natural black and natural-texture products stay closest to the original source state; blonde, ombre, grey, salt-and-pepper, and fashion-color products may be lifted, toned, blended, or color-finished after sourcing. The important difference is that the source quality remains high and the finishing is described honestly.
Can I curl, flat-iron, color, or bleach Prarvi hair?
Prarvi hair is human hair, so it can be heat-styled with care. Use heat protectant and avoid excessive heat. Coloring is possible, but bleaching or major color changes should be handled by a professional and tested on a sample first. Going darker is usually safer than lifting lighter, especially on blonde, grey, ombre, or already-finished shades.
Will the hair shed, tangle, or change after washing?
Some shedding can happen with any weft, wig, topper, closure, or hairpiece, especially after cutting, brushing, washing, or installation. Care still matters: detangle gently, wash with sulfate-free products, keep the hair moisturized, and avoid sleeping on wet or tangled hair.
How much hair do I need for a full install?
Most full sew-in installs use two to three wefts, depending on length, head size, natural density, and desired fullness. Longer lengths usually need more hair for full ends. If you are ordering for a salon client, matching a topper, or building a wig, ask your stylist or contact Prarvi before ordering.
