Color and texture guidance
Color Match Consultation
Send a daylight photo and tell us what you are trying to match. Prarvi will review your shade, tone, texture, length goal, and product type so you can choose extensions, samples, wigs, toppers, or hairpieces with more confidence.
What to send
Use natural daylight when possible. Send one photo of your current hair near a window, one close-up of the area you want to match, and any target product or color family you are considering. If you are a salon or stylist, include the client goal, quantity, method, and timing.
What you will receive
We reply with a practical recommendation: closest shade direction, whether a sample is safer before a full order, and whether the product should be treated as in-stock, custom, or backorder. Most requests receive a reply within one business day.
Can Prarvi match grey, blonde, ash, or salt-and-pepper hair?
Yes. Those shades are exactly where photo guidance and samples are most useful. If an exact blend is not in stock, we can advise whether a custom or backorder route is the better path.
Should I order a sample first?
For blonde, grey, ash, ombre, salt-and-pepper, and high-contrast blends, a sample is often the safest first step. It lets you compare the hair in your own lighting before committing to a full-size order.
Can salons send client photos?
Yes, if you have permission from the client. Include the desired method, texture, quantity, deadline, and whether you need retail guidance, wholesale pricing, or a custom quote.
Low-risk first step
Compare shade and texture before a full order
Samples help retail buyers, stylists, and salons check tone, texture, and quality in real lighting before buying larger pieces.
